Terms and Conditions

1. Oldpics - refers to Oldpics Sp. z o.o., located at Milenijna 43/2, 03-130 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 489931, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 5213662992.

2. Terms and Conditions - refers to this document.

3. Service, teoria.pl, www.teoria.pl - refers to the online service available at https://www.teoria.pl

4. User - refers to any person using the Service and/or its Services. A User must be at least 18 years old.

5. Services - refers to services as defined by the Act of July 18, 2002, on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws 2017, item 1219, as amended).

6. Agreement - refers to the agreement for electronic service provision between the User and Oldpics, effective upon the User’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, with content corresponding to these Terms and Conditions.

7. Account - available to the User after proper login, allowing activities such as adding Data to the Service.

8. Data - content, including but not limited to photos, videos, comments, and posts, voluntarily posted by the User in the Service.

1. These Terms and Conditions define the terms of Service provision, usage rules of the Service, and Oldpics' responsibilities.

2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws in Poland shall apply.

3. By using the Service, the User confirms having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to comply with them.

1. Oldpics reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms and Conditions, e.g., to reflect changes in legal regulations or modifications in the functions offered through the Service.

2. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions is available at https://www.teoria.pl/regulamin. A User who does not accept the changes must discontinue using the Service.

3. Continued use of the Service after modifications to the Terms and Conditions implies acceptance of the changes.

1. Some content and features of the Service are accessible only after creating an Account.

2. Users can register an Account using the registration form available at https://www.teoria.pl/rejestracja.

3. Users must keep their Account password confidential.

By submitting Data to Oldpics or publishing Data in the Service, the User grants Oldpics a non-exclusive, worldwide, free, transferable license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works based on the Data in connection with operating the Service, including its promotion.

2. The User retains full ownership rights to their Data.

3. The license granted in point 1 of this Section expires when the User deletes their Data.

1. The User has the right to use the Service lawfully while respecting intellectual property rights.

2. The User must not use the Service in a manner that violates social norms or good morals.

3. The User is prohibited from uploading illegal content.

4. The User is fully responsible for the Data they upload and any damages resulting from their actions.

1. Oldpics is not liable for any use of the Service by the User in violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws.

2. Oldpics is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of information or Data obtained from the Service.

3. Oldpics does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free use of the Service.

4. Oldpics is not responsible for advertisements displayed on the Service.

5. Oldpics is not liable for a User failing an exam.

1. The Service contains works protected by copyright.

2. Users who upload Data for which third parties hold copyrights assume responsibility for obtaining permission to distribute such Data and grant the license mentioned in Section V, point 1.

3. Oldpics reserves the right to remove Data and/or a User Account if it becomes aware of any potential violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.

1. Oldpics Sp. z o.o. is the administrator of the User's personal data and processes it in compliance with applicable laws.

2. By creating an Account, the User consents to the storage and processing of their personal data by Oldpics.

3. The User has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data from the Service.

4. Oldpics processes personal data to provide Services, improve the Service, and display advertisements.

1. The User may terminate the agreement with Oldpics by deleting their Account and ceasing to use the Service.

2. Oldpics reserves the right to terminate the agreement and delete the User’s Account if the User violates these Terms and Conditions, the Service is discontinued, or the User remains inactive for over 90 days.
