You are allowed to use snow chains only when:

1. you drive a vehicle in the period from the beginning of December till the end of February, irrespective of whether the road is covered with snow.

2. the air temperature is lower than 0 Celsius degrees, irrespective of whether the road is covered with snow.

3. the road is covered with snow.
